Almost one year ago...

A few more weeks and we will have been in California for a whole year! I can't believe it. I was going through pictures on my phone today and came across this one which was taken our first weekend at Travis. We had gone to the Vacaville Farmers Market and a great Mexican place for lunch...this is Danny developing his love for guacamole. Just like his Dad! Can you believe how grown up he looks now compared to this picture?!?!

Just imagine Pomp and Circumstance playing on your computer right now. Dom's hard-earned Masters diploma arrived today. Congratulations sweetheart!!!!!!!!! I'm so proud of you. And now, I suppose I'm either going to have to get another masters or a PhD so I can be smarter than you again :)

Pool time

It was warm all weekend, so by Sunday afternoon it was time to pull out Danny's new pool. We put his slide into it so he could slide into the water, but he wasn't a fan of that! He did enjoy splashing around and playing with his toy boats though! Our goal this summer is to get him comfortable and happy in bodies of water that are bigger than his bathtub :)

For some reason blogger is refusing to load this picture properly...hmm. I'll attempt to figure this issue out later when I don't have a two year old climbing all over me. In the meantime, enjoy the sideways drooling baby! That's right, he's drooling and putting everything in his mouth again-there is NO WAY he has any teeth left to come in, but he's sure acting like it!
